Shipping & Returns

Applies to physical Malinow Audio products (stands and cases).

Made to order

Every stand and case is 3D-printed and assembled by hand in Nashville after you order, in the color you choose. Because production starts when you order, lead time varies with the current print queue. We email your ship date after checkout; the current lead time is also shown when you order.

Shipping

  • We ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout.
  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking, which we email when your order is on its way.
  • Delivery time is the carrier's transit time after your made-to-order item is produced — it is separate from the production lead time above.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, email justin@jmal3d.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if we ask you to send it back.

Wrong item or our mistake

If we shipped the wrong item, tier, or color, we fix it at our cost — a corrected item and a prepaid return label for the original.

Cancellations & change of mind

  • Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering, before printing begins, for a full refund.
  • Because each item is made to order in the color you picked, we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns once production has started. If something's wrong with the product itself, see “Damaged or defective” above — we'll take care of you.
