About Malinow Audio
Sound-reactive 3D-printed gear for tabletop synths — handmade in Nashville.
The Story
Malinow Audio started at a cluttered desk full of grooveboxes and eurorack, propped up on ugly wedges that were never made for the gear sitting on them. The fix turned into a product: 3D-printed translucent stands, modeled to the millimeter for a specific instrument, that cradle it at a real playing tilt.
The Lightbox Series takes it further — a hollow LED chamber under the tray lets each stand glow and pulse to the music through its translucent walls. Nobody else makes a lit, sound-reactive stand. It's the kind of thing that stops the scroll and still earns its place on your desk.
Everything is designed, printed, and assembled by hand in Nashville by Justin Malinow, one piece at a time. I love 3D printing and I love making people happy — so any color you want is on request, always. Made to order, no warehouse, no two rigs alike.
