Affiliate Program Terms

Please review these terms carefully before joining our affiliate program.

1. Program Overview

The Malinow Audio Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase Malinow Audio products. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Commission Structure

Standard Commission Rate

Affiliates earn 15% commission on the final sale price of qualifying products purchased using their affiliate code.

  • •Commission is calculated on the final price after any discounts
  • •Taxes, processing fees, and refunds are excluded from commission calculations
  • •Custom commission rates may be negotiated for high-volume partners

3. Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid out on a quarterly basis:

  • •Q1 (Jan-Mar) commissions paid in April
  • •Q2 (Apr-Jun) commissions paid in July
  • •Q3 (Jul-Sep) commissions paid in October
  • •Q4 (Oct-Dec) commissions paid in January

Minimum Payout Threshold: $50 USD. If your balance is below the minimum, it will roll over to the next quarter.

4. Payment Methods

Commissions can be paid via:

  • •PayPal (preferred)
  • •Bank transfer (for balances over $200)

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any applicable taxes on your commission income.

5. Approval Period

All conversions go through a 30-day review period before being approved for payout. This allows time to process any refunds or disputes. Refunded orders will not generate commissions.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:

  • ✕Self-referrals (using your own code for personal purchases)
  • ✕Incentivizing code usage with cash, gift cards, or other compensation
  • ✕Bidding on Malinow Audio branded terms in paid search advertising
  • ✕Creating fake reviews or misleading content about our products
  • ✕Spamming or unsolicited promotional messages
  • ✕Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
  • ✕Registering domain names containing "Malinow" or our product names

7. Brand Guidelines

When promoting Malinow Audio products, you must:

  • •Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "This is an affiliate link")
  • •Accurately represent product features and capabilities
  • •Not make false claims or guarantees about results
  • •Use only approved marketing materials and accurate product information

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time for any reason. Upon termination:

  • •Pending approved commissions will still be paid according to the normal schedule
  • •Pending (unapproved) commissions may be forfeited if terminated for policy violations
  • •Your affiliate code will be deactivated immediately

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
