14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. During this period, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • License must not have been activated on more than 2 devices
  • You must not have previously received a refund for the same product

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Support - Visit our Support Center and submit a refund request ticket
  2. Provide Order Details - Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for the refund
  3. Await Confirmation - We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. License Deactivation - Upon approval, your license will be deactivated and the refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • The full purchase amount will be refunded (minus any applicable transaction fees charged by payment processors, where legally required)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Request made after the 14-day refund window
  • License has been activated on more than 2 devices
  • Evidence of license key sharing or distribution
  • Previous refund received for the same product
  • Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase/refund cycles)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or EULA

Discounted Purchases

Products purchased at a discount or during promotional periods are still eligible for refunds under the same 14-day policy. The refunded amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original list price.

Upgrade Purchases

If you purchased an upgrade from one product version to another:

  • Only the upgrade fee is refundable, not the original purchase
  • Upon refund, your license will revert to the previous version

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems with our software:

  • Please contact our Support Team first
  • Many issues can be resolved with troubleshooting assistance
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund even after the 14-day window

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • You may be prohibited from future purchases
